I am now eating cookies, after having made a batch.

And sitting on my butt.

I have questions for the more senior members of this esteemed group.

1) Gray hair. I am not lying when I say I have never colored my hair. The Murphy women have not gone gray until late in life. So....I am starting to find some gray hairs here and there. Today I was cleaning out my hairbrush and found a single hair that was part gray, part brown. Is that typical? Should I have saved that one to sell for big bucks to a weird human things museum???

2) I have begun to predict storms by the aches at the break site of my arm. But tonight, I've got even worse achiness on the opposite arm. What's that all about???

Just a couple things to ponder. Less than two weeks to Senior Day at ShopKo!

Before I had my hip replaced I "felt" the weather going to change. But now I can not tell in my bones the weather is going to change.

I'm trying to reverse the aging process. The steroid shots that I got less than a week ago have done wonders. The problem though is that the tradeoff has been a loss of wisdom. I'm now pushing myself more and I was a little sore twice in the last week from overdoing it. I also thought about climbing a tree high for a cache today. Fortunately I was dressed to bulky for a tree climb. Looking forward to the next two cold days and a chance to regain my senses.

We're watching the Grammies, mostly waiting for Ringo and Sir Paul. Actually, Robin Thicke and Chicago were decent, too. Trekkin' watched about 10 minutes of the pro bowl and said that was enough of that

I didn't think Robin Thicke and Chicago were singing very good. Sounded a little pitchy. Smile

Instead of a bird on a wire, now we have a Pink on one.

She was apparently a gymnast for 8 years. Who'd have guessed?
