What are you gonna do, ZB, when temps rise above freezing this week. I'm hearing 35-40 maybe. But it should fall to below freezing for the lows.

Still, the thaw-freeze cycle might make it interesting to keep the fort in shape.

As long as it gets below freezing at night everything should be okay. It's the rain on Thursday that has me concerned. I'll likely throw a tarp over the igloo to keep it from melting to much.

Yup, we got two blasts of the craphas, but it's stopped now.

I got a jumper made for a certain little girl's doll today. Now for the tshirt and leggings to go with it.

Busy day ...
gkids delivered to school
sheets stripped, washed and bed remade
gkid transported from school to child care
other gkid picked up, fed and kept busy for 4.5 hours
2 loaves of herb garlic baguettes made and baked
meatloaf made and ready for oven
craphas cleared from the too big driveway
dishwasher loaded and running
Wheeew!

Wow, that was one stressful drive home through the craphas!

Finally! My first real food since Friday night, even if it was bland and not much. And tomorrow morning I will probably set foot outside for the first time since Friday afternoon.

I think you should be able to solve that one, BigJim.

But in the meantime...

Got the craphas cleaned up. Shoveled some, used the snowblower for some.

Nice thing about this evening is the temp. After the clean up, it was warm enough to rummage around the garage. Dug up my pole saw and a snow brush and made a TV dish cleaner........Genius.
