Folks, this is a last minute request for help. Please read and consider pitching in.

We are facilitating a geocaching program for Operation: Military Kids (see below) on April 14 at UW-Parkside and need at least two more people to help out. Essentially you will be required to accompany a small group of 8-18 year old kids of Reservists and National Guardsmen (with some parents along for the ride) as they find some temporary caches set up around the UW-P campus. You would need to set up your GPS for them and let them use it to find the caches. (If you can keep up, you are allowed to help them look.) You would be needed from 12:30PM until around 2:30. I know this is a busy weekend, but hopefully some people are not completely committed. Thanks in advance for your help.

Here is some info on Operation: Military Kids.

Operation: Military Kids (OMK) is the U.S. Army's collaborative effort with America's communities to support the children and youth of National Guard and Army Reserve Soldiers impacted by the Global War on Terrorism.

The goal of Operation: Military Kids is to support geographically dispersed children and youth of National Guard and Army Reserve Soldiers. Typically this involves various meetings and get-togethers where these kids can socialize with their peers and draw support from others in their same situation, as well as adults and other volunteers.

The National Partners of Operation: Military Kids are:
U.S. Army Child & Youth Services (Active & Reserve Components
National 4-H Headquarters
Boys & Girls Clubs of America
Military Child Education Coalition & K-12 Public School
The American Legion and other Veterans Service Organizations
National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA)

Just wanted to let everyone know that the event went great (Other than me setting the world record for a cache getting muggled in less than 3 hours). Blue Squirtles, Stumbleweeder, and Jeremy all were there providing there expert guidance to the kids, parents, and instructors. Thanks for your help, guys!
