Any "Geocoin Nerds" out there???

Anyone interested in doing a WI "Geocoin Nerd" geocoin? It is an international group project. The minimum order is 25 coins, but if anyone is interested in getting just 5 I would put in an order for us to share. I thought glitter green with a gold swirl would be appropriate. Very Happy

For those of you who don't like green and gold I am placing an order for some rainbow glitter ones that have a pink swirl and some black glitter ones that have a white swirl. These are trackable with a custom icon and you get to have them custom engraved. Here is the link for the group project: Geocoin Nerds.

They are $25 for 5 trackable coins engraved with up to 15 letters. If you are interested in just 5 the color choices I have available are:

rainbow glitter with a bright pink swirl
black glitter with a white swirl
and a green glitter with a gold swirl if there are 3 or more people interested in this color.

I just found out that the coins will be billed and shipped to you directly for $4.80 each - even if you only want to order one. They are trackable with an icon and come engraved up to 15 letters. The colors that I have available are:

(black nickel) glow in the dark 1
(silver) R-Y blue
(gold) black glitter with white pantone swirl
(black nickel) rainbow glitter with bright pink pantone swirl

Update!! I got the new pricing for the version 2 Nerds!!

Version 2 Nerds will now be $110 per set of 25 Trackable coins or $4.40 per coin. This is a reduction of $0.40 per coin! w00t!

Wednesday, Feb 20th will be the last day for any new orders. Everyone please check the database and make sure everything is correct--especially check the engraving to make sure everything is spelled correctly and any capitalization is the way you want it to appear on the coin. (15 characters of engraving for v2) (I have a few corrections to update so if you already sent me a message to change something I will get it in tonight)

I will begin sending out invoices today and tomorrow. All invoices must be paid before the order will be sent to the mint. I will give about 2 weeks to pay the invoices (until March 1st).

If someone wants to order less than 25 coins I am willing to let anyone add onto my order. I now have 5 colors of version 2 (thanks to my son ), they are:

(black nickel) glow in the dark 1

Sounds like they will be shipping from the factory on March 25th. They still have to be shipped from the vendor to you after they receive them, so I would expect them in early April.

Wow! Robin stopped by last night and dropped off some personalized geo-nerd coins for DB and me. Awesome! Thank you, Robin! That was quite outstanding of you. I never hop into this thread....so didn't know anything about them. Definitely will be ordering some of these. Pink and purple glittery - it's so me! Smile
