I just want to thank them publicly for doing a mostly thankless job and for doing it so well and without complaint (OK they might be complaining but since I don't hear it I'm really proud of them). You reviewers rock! Thanks for upholding the rules and keeping us in line when needed. Sure we might not always agree but you have our best interest at heart...even when we don't see it right away.
wink

To be honest I was being lazy on an issue and the reviewer rightly called me on it. I applaud their steadfastness. Please do try to make the job of the reviewer as easy as possible...remember first they are real people and second they volunteer their time.

(This post was not made in reference to any other issues save for my own with the reviewers)

Amen! The efforts for the game are much appreciated, if sometimes not recognized on individual cache issues.

I agree. They have always done such a great job at this, but especially with more people in the game now, submitting far more caches than ever. Keep up the good work.

I almost forgot. We should also hand it to all the past reviewers for setting the precedence of how the reviewers should be, and for training the current reviewers to e the best they can be.

I just think from time to time we need to give props to those who work so hard for us....and to remember that even though they are our friends they also wear the hat of responsibility which can be a tight fit at times. Cheers to you!

Thank-yous for a usually thankless job. WGA3 ( Smile ) was really rocking Friday night, and then WisKid took over later on the weekend.

When we first started, we would see the names of the reviewers on the cache pages and wonder how they got the reviewing job if they had 0 finds! Now we know that's just their reviewer personae, but they really can't get out as often as the rest of us can because they are doing their jobs so thoroughly and so well.

And, no, we don't have a questionable cache coming up for review! This was all said in all honesty! wink

Thanks for giving back to the geocaching community by approving caches and by giving up countless hours of your time in the process. We truly appreciate all that you do so we can go out and "play." Tami
Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool

PS Has all the recent flooding in the state lessened the number of caches waiting for approval? Question Idea Question Idea Question Idea Question Idea Question
