WSQ stands for Wisconsin Spirit Quest. If I am not mistaken, it is a way to let cachers know that the cache is hidden in a cemetary. I believe it started in Indiana. I'm not sure if it was because some people get uneasy in cemetaries or they think bad karma or what.
On another note, welcome to the WGA. I think you will find quite a friendly and helpful bunch here.

Furfool is correct!! It does stand for Wisconsin Spirit Quest.
WSQ is used to designate caches pertaining to, in or near cemeteries or even burial grounds. It's nice to have the WSQ tag, so that it is obvious WHERE you will be going. Some cachers feel these types of hides are not appropriate, so knowing ahead of time makes it nice.
We ALWAYS have respect for these places and caches are NEVER ON or touching actual graves or headstones.
