I finally did the cache, Dr.Evermore&Lady Eleanor GC9E5E, and in conversation with Lady Eleanor found out that they have to vacate the park in a month. This fomer cache of the month is a lot of fun and worth doing before the the park is empty. |

We did this cache the last time we went to MadTowne. It is well worth the visit and remember to allow enough time to take in all in.
Amazing!
One of our favorites!

What a shame! We had a lovely visit with Lady Eleanor and Dr. Evermore when we did this cache, and it still is one of our all time favorites.
Whatever will they do with the Forevertron? I can't even imagine! |

Sorry to hear the news that they have to vacate the park. I wonder if the news media knows about this.
When I read this topic I had to check back to see how long ago I found this one: nearly 7 years ago! It's still one of my favorites. |

We will be sad to see this one go. It is one of our all time favorites. We have returned there many times, taking other people with us. Does anyone know if they are going to relocate? |

She said Mazomanie was interested but wanted to spread the sculptures out. Evermore and Eleanor want all together in a park. |

Maybe we can talk the guy who has Jarustic park in Marshfield to allow a cache at his place. Similar yet very different from Evermores. Each creature has a story of how it was excavated out of the McMillian swamp.
Also Lankenland outside of Marquette is a virtual and has really cool statues that are painted.
It will be sad to see this one go.

Yeah, that guy will talk your ear off, too. We have one of his mosquitoes and a spider in our garden, and we gave one of his ticks to a niece. |

News about Dr. Evermore and Lady Eleanor Cache. The demise of this cache has been greatly exagerated!! I have talked with both Dr. Evermore and Mr Delaney, and although both would like to see changes in location, nothing is immenent.
Think about moving this in a month....I don't think so. I was here when the good Dr. arrived and began building the Forevertron, and was even able to help in small ways, over twenty years ago. It was built on three semi trailers, and intentions were to then disassemble the sculpture, drive it to the Mississippi, float it down on barges to Dogpatch Amusement Park in Arkansas. Well, that was the plan, but things kept growing until it is now the World's Largest Scrap Metal Sculpture. It will now take quite the logistics to disassemble and move.
Still time to come and enjoy one of Wisconsin's most unique caches. |

Well, Eleanor told me they had to leave. I am glad things have changed and they now can stay. |
