The winners have been determined in the 2011 WGA Campout photo contest. With sixty photos entered, the top two vote getters (a tie) are #2 (view across Allen Lake) by Frizz

and #60 (Chucky and winning fish) by Gram&Gramps.

Each winning photographer will receive a 2010 WGA geocoin. With all of the great photos submitted, the WGA will be using many of them on this web site to promote events and other fun activities that WGA members can take part in.

Thank you to everyone who submitted photos and who voted for their favorites. Keep an eye out for more photo contests at future events and maybe some “just because”.

Design one design all!!

The 2011 WGA coin contest is officially open!

The WGA will be producing a 2011 WGA Geocoin for sale to all members and the general public. The sale of this coin will help raise funds to operate the WGA. As with past WGA Geocoins we are going to turn the design of our coin over to the members and friends of the WGA! We have a very small window to get the coin in a timely manner which necessitated a few changes to this year's contest. --READ MORE--

The 2011 WGA Board of Directors Elections have ended, and we are proud to announce the winners. The four open positions on the BOD will be filled by Renee Vanselow-Tapp (AuntieNae), Ralph Edwards (zuma), Barry Butrymowicz (sweetlife) and Jay Sampson (TyeDyeSkyGuy)

The WGA is now accepting nominations for this year's Board of Directors election. Click to go to the elections page and nominate the WGA member(s) you would like to have serve on the Board. Four positions on the Board of Directors are up for election this year. These positions are currently held by the following individuals: Ralph Edwards (zuma) Gwyn Calvetti (Trekkin and Birdin) Renee Vanselow-Tapp (AuntieNae) Seth Rubey (Team Honeybunnies) Brian Kling, Peter Quella , and Dave Secondino will be assisting with the administration/execution of the election.
