The Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Geocaching Association is proposing a change to the current bylaws to address vacancies in the Board of Directors that may come about from time to time. This proposal will be available for comment for a period of no less than seven days. After this comment period, the Board of Directors will vote on adoption of this amendment.
