Because the group campsites the WGA reserved are full, we have closed camping registrations for the 2003 Geo-Campout. Those people who haven’t registered but who still wish to camp at the park during the weekend can reserve at site at the family campground through Reserve America (assuming there are sites available).

Note that “Saturday only” registrations are still open. We will be able to handle any reasonable number of cachers during the day on Saturday. However, you are required to register if you plan to attend, and ALL registrations will be closed on May 14th.

Campers, we need your help! We think the group campsites are full, but we’re not 100% certain. Some of the registrations were lost when the website crashed a week ago. Problem is we can’t tell whether particular registrations were lost in the crash or if they were intentionally deleted by people because they decided not to come. (We are assuming that all of the “missing” registrations are due to the website crash when calculating the number of people we’ll have camping.)

Therefore, we are requesting that all campers check the “Who’s Coming” page (found here) and verify that the information listed is accurate. If you registered before but are no longer listed, please send an email to [email protected] with the pertinent info… group name, email, number of people, number of tents, and days camping. We will check our high-tech database (a printout from before the website crash) to ensure that you actually were previously registered then manually add your registration back into the system. Also, if you were registered to camp but decided not to, we would appreciate an email.
