The WGA Board of Directors is pleased to announce the date and location of the 2003 WGA Geo-Picnic (drum roll please)… it will be held Sunday, August 24 at Devil’s Lake State Park. More information can be obtained by visiting the picnic page on the WGA site. We’ve also listed the picnic as an event on http://www.geocaching.com… we expect this event cache to be approved soon.

Planning for the event is not complete, so there is some information missing on the picnic page, and some minor details listed may change. But we wanted to give people the basic information so they could mark their calendars.

Note that we are already accepting registrations for the event. Please register early if possible (you can always change your registration at a later date). The registration counts will be used to make decisions like whether or not we have kid’s events, how many temporary caches get placed, how much water/soda/ice we want donated, number of printed materials to produce, etc… because of this we would appreciate an accurate count as soon as possible.
