We had a good productive and fun meeting of the WGA Board last night at the Machine Shed restaurant. Let me be the first to publicly congratulate and thank Brian (GrouseTales) and Jeff (jthorson) for their new WGA officer responsibilities. Brian agreed to take a turn serving as WGA president. Jeff is our new secretary. Steve (sbukosky) continues as treasurer, and I am now vice-president. We also said good-bye to departing board members Jeremy (jvechinski) and Joe (Thraxman). We had lots to talk about last night and we’re planning to post a summary soon so all members can see what was discussed.

Thanks for posting this summary. Very timely. Good level…let us know what was discussed without getting into gory detail. Appreciated. I agree that increased visibility into “boardthink” is a good thing.
