Have been on the caching site for the breakfast do with the cheese heads. thinking about coming across for a weekend, just wondering what train/bus links are like to the site from chicago (as that is where i will get a hotel).
There are regular commuter trains between Chicago and Milwaukee as well as regular commuter busses. Better than that if you should cross that big pond just to visit one of our breakfasts. We will find you a ride from Chicago to the affair. We usually have a few Chicagoans at these events.

Another option would be to take the Metra UP-North Line from Chicago to Kenosha ($6.10 one way) and then catch a ride to the park from a fellow geocacher. I’d volunteer, but I don’t know if I’ll be there because I try not to make plans more than a month in advance. More info at http://www.metrarail.com
