Please visit the 2004 campout board regarding camp site payments!

*** Important notice ***
We have reached the maximum capacity for the camp sites (100) people.
There are many teams that haven’t paid yet. All teams camping on the group site were required to pre-pay by 4/30/04. If we don’t have your payment by that date, your reservation may be lost to a paying customer.
As of 11:00 AM, 4/26/04, we haven’t received reservation payments from 12 teams (38 people).
The WGA has already paid several hundred dollars to reserve these sites for the weekend. The nominal camping fee is required so we don’t lose money. At $8.00 a night/per team, we should break even.
Please take a look at the registration form to see if we received your payments yet. Check Here. If you have submitted your payment, but are not recorded as being “paid”, please contact us so there is no confusion.

I also note a couple people signed up that may have had a change of plans since signing on. If you are signed up as a camper and not camping (or not coming at all), please inform the board so no one gets left out due to lack of space.
Also… there has been confusion because names used for payment on PayPal sometimes do not match with the name registering for the sites or buying T-shirts. Some have changed team names too.
If you send a check, please include team name. If you use PayPal, please include a message with your team name or the name used to register on this site.
