My students and I have entered another travel bug race with a school in another state. This time we are racing a school from Louisiana. WMS Migrate to Mardi Gras needs to get there before their travel bug, Geaux Gator Geaux gets up here. I dropped our class TB in my Travel Bug School Field Trip cache this afternoon, which could use a few more visitors.

An update on the WMS ’04 travel bugs that were recently released. Most of them are still in Wisconsin or around the Chicago area. The Washington State or Bust TB, which is in a TB race with a school from Washington is still sitting in South Dakota. I still need to release a few more WMS travel bugs, which I will probably be bringing to the March on Washington event this weekend. Thanks to those who are participating with helping my students by moving their travel bugs and posting your logs and photos. Many of them are excited to see that their travel bugs have moved.
