Just wanted to post a note about one of the Minnesota Geocaching Assoication’s upcoming events right near our border:
GNC1BR Lester Park Bash – June 4, 2005
It will be a day event with temp caches, a punch-out style competition and more. The Punch-Out will be similar to some events at MOGA and Silent Bob’s Punch-Out (which, by the way, Wisconsin swept us away with 3 of the top 4 times).
The park is on the north end of Duluth, MN and is a fantastic location. Camping will be 10 miles south of the event itself at a beautiful campground overlooking Lake Superior.
Right now we have more people from Missouri signed up than people from Wisconsin! It’d be good to see some of our Wisconsin friends again at this event. If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a note, or visit our thread here:
