This is a quick note to members regarding this months COTM contest.

A few of you were kind enough to vote forPeeWee’s (Pewit’s) Small Falls cache for COTM. We appreciate your vote. However, for this cache only, there seems to be a really big fan out there who felt the need to cast more than one vote and in the name of different cachers. There have been several very questionable votes alledgedly cast by cachers whom we have verified, did not cast those votes. We have recorded IP addresses and other evidence that indicates fraud on some individual’s part. If you have cast a legitimate vote, you have already been contacted.

The Board of Directors has discussed this and decided to diqualify all votes for this cache cast thus far.

In fairness to you, the voters, we are allowing you to re-nominate or vote for this cache if you still feel it worthy;. We will be checking each new vote carefully and seeking verification if needed.
