I just assumed it was time for The Beast to issue his predictions for 2006.

That’s exactly where I thought this was going as well until I decoded the clue….

Not *quite* as fun as Beast’s predictions, but a “necessary” thing to do, I suppose!

Why wait for Ray? I predict it will be another year for oh-hum Wi-GC web site.

Predictions are coming too! Look for them in Mid January, I think that’s when I normally do that.

    For Now, it’s time to:

    1. update the resume
    2. renew WGA membership
    3. kiss the wife

Though you’ve listed them in this order I’m sure you’ll start with #3.

I just thought of another one. It’s time to get your 2006 Wisconsin State Parks and Forests vehicle stickers.

Be prepared to spend a little more than you did last year. Resident stickers are now $25, $12.50 for each additional reduced rate at same address.

OK, do you need to register at the beginning of each calendar year, or do you register on your membership “anniversary”?

It’s time to elect our Board of Directors!

1/2 of the Board positions expire in Feb. We are now accepting nominations for the Board.

Eligibility: All active members twenty-one (21) years of age or older that have been actively geocaching for a minimum of six (6) months are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.

Before you can nominate or vote, your membership will need to be current and updated. Since membership is free, this should be a painless procedure. If you have any problems renewing your membership, let us know and our webmasters can help you out.

There will be 4 board positions open for election or re-election.

You may do either. I don’t remember what our anniversary date is so I chose the first of the year. I guess April 15th would also be an easy date to remember. In fact, you may not want to wait a full year; why not renew every 8 or 10 months. It doesn’t make much sense other than insuring that your membership will be current.
