I recently retrieved a bug from “country in the city” and took it home. I thought all was well until I tried to “drop” it in another one today…. It doesn’t show up in my list of available bugs to drop…
The real problem lays with the fact that I’ve already physically dropped it in another cache and don’t know the tracking number in order to try and pick it from “country in the city” again..
Anyone else ever have this happen…
Don’t know what to do at this point…

Bill,
I visited Country in the city [virtual visit] and found that you have picked up Brindel. But it does not appear on your list of found bugs. This would be a problem for the IT gurus at groundspeak. Send them a detailed message through http://geocaching.com/contact/

I had that happen to me where I dropped off a bug that I registered it, then I dropped it off and went to log it; but it was not showing I had it. I also noticed another bug I had is not on my bug caught list. Oh well!
Thanks for the help guys! That got it taken care of….
