I may be caching in the Janesville area this weekend. If there was one cache I absolutely must do while I’m there, what should it be? (Or even a couple if there’s more than just one…)
Wisconsin Time Trial should cover your weekend. And when you finish, email me the coordinates of the final.
Actually, I’ve spent two days on it on will need part of a third to finish.
But in general, any Wiz-Bit multiple gets a higher priority. If you need to do a single, do Capture the Flag.
Otherwise there are lots of family friendly stuff all over Janesville.
I’d definitely recommend “Mystery of the Troll’s Treasure” by the “Wiz.” It was our first and most memorable cache hunt. The clues for each waypoint are great; they enable you to continue on with the hunt even if one (or more) of the tags is missing, yet are crafted in a way that doesn’t lessen the difficulty.
Also, “Blood Hound’s Quest” is a shorter, but creative multi-cache in Janesville that we’ve enjoyed.
