Do we have any cachers in the north woods that would be interested in a breakfast gathering in August? I have Sunday, August 17th in mind, somewhere in Minocqua area.
I know there are a bunch of cachers in that neck of the woods, but don’t see too many visiting these forums.
We are actually heading up there this weekend…and will be on vacation up nort’ during that time. We will be coming back from way Northwest, but maybe we would be in the area on our way back home. We will be caching some up there this weekend…to bad there aren’t more. We are going to buy a few amo cans and potentially place a few (my old stomping grounds) in some great areas. There are so many untapped places up there for caches! Keep us posted!

Ahh, October……my favorite month of the year. Fall colors, smell of wet leaves in the morning as your walking the fire lanes, new flight of woodcock, a bird in the hand…SNAP out of it GrouseTales!, it’s still July 🙁
I’m just counting the days til after our Devil’s Lake Picnic so I can get on back up in our woods.. so I’m sure I’ll be up there.. somewhere (grins).. Sept/Oct.. perfect times to be up in the woods. I’m actually hoping to spur on Eau Claire again for another social gather..
I’ll be out and about in the northern area as well this fall and will watch for an event page posting.. would love to gather up and meet a bunch upnorth… so hopefully your event will be approved, GrouseTales (grins)
