So… I have heard some outrageous stories on the mishaps of caching! I want to relate my story… can anyone top this?

We had set out to place a cache. My husband knew of a bike path that would be great. And Hey… it is right by a Substation… I got hooked on Substations because I work with the Engineers involved in the design of them with We Energies (dont make fun of the name!) Anyway… we hop off the path and head to the trees. My husband steps into a ground hive and out of the area… me… I step in after him. First I get this sting on my hand… ouch. Then another… ouch, ouch. Then they start flying up my pants… ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch… I fly out of there stipping my pants off, throwing them aside and then hiding under a bridge while my husband stomps on the pants to rid them of the bees all over them… you couldnt even see the pants anymore. Then he runs down the path with the pants flying behind him to get rid of stragglers! I slipped them back on, ran to car… hoping they were all out of the pants! A short drive home, took some Ibuprophen at home and slept. Felt better when I woke up… Thank goodness I wasnt allergic… and it was a slow day on the bike path and no one saw me taking my pants off!! Yikes… when I think back on that… I cant believe I did that! Now at work people think it is so funny to come up behind me and make buzzing noises. I had welts for a few weeks after that.
