In a recent DNR article, the WI DNR chief state forester mentions geocaching as a new recreational opportunity.

Kinda funny.. the DNR Office in LaCrosse, WI, where I got my permission for a cache on state land didnt even have a clue on what Geocaching is. So I took the reins and sent them a bunch of information via email for their office crew to get some education on it. I thougt the regional offices would have passed on this info to the local offices by now.
