Mike and Candi, thanks so much for your excellent presentation on Paperless Geocaching today. Your preparation and efforts should be applauded. Man, wireless & wired Internet access, you and others with snacks and LOTS of questions answered.

    Fantastic job.

Thanks Puppies! Wish there had been more time to discuss stuff. Any chance of there being a second event?

Lots of good information. Thank you very much. Sorry we had to leave a little (lots of errands to run & a diabetic dog at ldybugldy & studie1’s house). I learned a lot.

And that cherry, cream-filled doughnut was yummy!

seekers8711 — I deleted your duplicate post for you.

Thank you all for the kind words.

Yes, we are planning to have another one that goes further into the PDA side, we ran out of time for most people to go into that. next time we will go through the PQ stuff quicker and provide detailed handouts for that section.

When would be a good time for another class? I was thinking maybe May? or maybe mid-late April? Now that we saw how many brought notebooks, we will try and have more electrical hookups.

We will be working on putting together an article on paperless that could be put up on this site.

    Thank you again,
    Mike and Candi

OOOOOOooooo! Bec has special gnarly powers now!

I would come to a paperless part deux to go over Cachemate more, maybe more details about the advanced capabilities of GSAK too. I vote for late April (like the 29th perhaps to avoid the Waukesha event). Not that you have to schedule this around us of course, but May is not lookin good here on my calendar.

Yes, but I promise to only use them for good……

Back on subject — I would prefer an April Saturday. May looks pretty busy for me.

Russell is hosting an event Saturday, April 29th in his hometown of Kewaskum. The cache page is up. Tami
