    Hello,
I read about geocaching in a magazine article and was very interested in learning more. How do you get started? Is there anyone who would be willing to guide me through the process of getting started? I live in Madison.

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi Carla!
Welcome to the WGA and the addiction that is geocaching. There are some great people on these forums from the Madison area that I’m sure will chime in and be willing to meet up with you and help you get started. In the mean time, check out these links if you haven’t already:

    Geocaching.com Getting Started

And when you have the basics, check out
    Markwell’s FAQ Update.

I’m sure others will give you more guidance, but I have to go put my kids to bed now….
