We have had some interesting “What if” topics recently that have gotten us thinking. So I pose this question.
What if a team did not want their stats published on the WGA boards or on House of Brew’s website? Can they be removed if they request it?
If a team or individual did not want their finds/threads listed, that would be no biggy to me, personally. That would be up to each individual or team!! As for getting them off the list…..guess that is a question to House of Brews or the WGA. You know….me and that computer stuff..still learnin’
Based on some correspondence with Brew, yes, the names listed can be added to or subtracted from the list.
The WGA boards do not publish any stats on hides and finds.
It would be interesting to see what Jeremy at Groundspeak would think about developing an option to “opt out” of having one’s stats being available to the members at large.

Directly, no they do not post stats. However, your stats may be listed on the Milestones section if someone is paying attention to where you are at. Maybe I should have worded the question as such: What if you did not want your stats posted on House of Brew or in the Milestones section of the WGA boards?
If someone did not want a recent accomplishment listed in the Congrats, Milestones, etc. forums they could easily ask any board member, webmaster, or the forum post starter to delete the topic.
