it seems whenever i try to log anything on GC.com that the pages partially load and never finish. it is taking me a long time to log my finds or even read the cache pages. i’m using firefox 1.5. is this happening to anyone else, or is it just my system?
It is happening to me as well this morning at 4:00am with IE.
It happened to me last night too. I was logging Geocoins and I tried to go back to drop them back into the event and couldn’t get to the website. I gave up thinking this morning would be better — only the coin owner grabbed it back and left a nasty comment.
This issue is already being addressed by GC.com and Jeremy is well aware of it as well. You can check out Geocaching.com Web Site to view the various post made about recent troubles.
EDIT: FROM JEREMY –The recent logging issues were due to some travel bug log problems. Hopefully with the new calculation feature turned off we can see an improvement in the performance on Sunday and Monday night.
