The DNR is getting EXTREMELY close to formally announcing and implementing a policy about geocaching on state lands.

Our website will have links to the DNR’s website, and vice-versa. As they finish up developing up their page about geocaching, they are looking for pictures of people geocaching to include.

If anybody has any good pictures of people geocaching, the DNR is interested in using them on their geocaching web page.

If you have a good picture or two, please post it here. I’m going to send the link to this thread to them and they can pick what they want.

If you cannot get your pictures uploaded onto the page, just send me an e-mail and I’ll see if I can help out: wga dot admin at gmail dot com.

    Thanks!

At the request of the DNR, I wrote copy, provided photos and emailed it all to them after we met with them last year. I don’t know if they simply forgot or what. ❓ ❓

It would appear that the geocaching project has gotten shuffled around a little bit over at the DNR. If you still have the info, maybe you could re-send?

This is my favorite picture. It was from the High Cliff State Park camp out a few years back.

Not sure if you’re still looking for photos, but here are a couple from yesterday’s July 4th event at Harrington Beach State Park that might work …
