Don’t forget about the Ice Cream on the Lake event in Racine on Friday, July 14th from 5:00 to whenever the ice cream is all gone!
It’s a nice little park area if you want to bring a picnic lunch (dinner) and there are several caches in the area, including the infamous Match Head which the park is in clear sight of, although on the opposite side of the harbor.
Several people have emailed me about whether they can come late or not. I figure I’ll be there for a few hours, maybe even until dark, so stop by whenever, or come at five, eat ice cream, go find caches, then come back for more ice cream!

Can you guarantee it won’t rain? 🙁

I don’t know… maybe we should invite Vince Condella…

You know… Earlier in the week they were calling for upper eighties and dry. Currently in downtown Racine it’s mid-70s and raining. It’s supposed to clear up by early afternoon and the event is on no matter what, anyway.
I’ll try to stop by for this, I’d like to meet some other cachers.
