Greetings All:
As Many of you have probaly noticed, there has been much to do on the forums for lindsey and I reaching Milestones, and we are about ready to smash the wonderful number 500.
For this, we are going to put on a Event/Get Toghether at the Nashota park in Manitowoc County. Unfortunately, due to timing, we will be unable to have this event posted on GC.COM.
The park has a shelter, very near GeoPink’s USS Rock (GCJM00) This will be the site of this event.
The event will start at 11:00AM. We will have trackables to share, so “Bring Em if Ya Gottem”!! This will also be the unvailing of my newest Travel Bug “Justin’s Green Jeep Travel Bug”!!
We will be providing Hamburgers and Brats, and ask that you bring a dish to pass. Please post in your response how many people will be coming, as well as what you will be bringing to pass, so as not to have tons of somethings, and few of others. You are not required to bring a large amount.
This event is probaly going to be one of the last up here before the snow flies, so come out and have some fun. Anything Goes. (Well Almost). If people want to go out caching, that is also a possiblilty. Please send me a message at [email protected], or through GC.COM, to let me know how many will be attending, and what you will be bringing.

W087 33.279Directions to the event are:
From the North (HWY147)
HWY 147 to 22nd Street(147 turns into 22nd)
Turn Right on to Zlantnik Dr.
Go until you see the sign!From the South (Manitowoc on HWY 42)
42 turns in to Washington Street
turn right on to 17th street
Take 17th to Zlantnik Dr
Turn Left on to Zlantnik Dr
And look for the SignFrom the West (HWY 310)
310 (16th street) to Washington Street
Turn Right on to 17th Street
17th to Zlantnik Dr.
Turn lefton to Zlantnik Dr,

Justin, what day will the event be held? Or are you guys going to wait until you get close to the 500 milestone mark before deciding (it shouldn’t be long with the pace you are setting :))?

As far as what’s going on with this get together, i have no idea, but if anyone who is going bring your Yard Games, There’s a beach on the other side of the Shelter, so we can play volleyball, there is a baseball field a stone-thrown away, and horse-shoes not that much farther, so if anyone who doesn’t want to go out caching/or already have found all the caches in the area and just want to sit around and chat and play something, we can do that!!Hope to see ya all there!

Anyone up for caching before or after the event? I’m always looking for someone to drive me around… send me a PM if you are interested.
09/27/2006 at 12:49 am #1765929I have placed a special 500th cache for Coastie and k0rpl which, I HOPE, will be approved and put on GC.com Saturday. That way you will all have the coords available for Sunday!!
Note to any of the approvers out there…..can ya get `er done for me??? 😀 Pleeeeeeeeeeease?????
