Last year it was Mother’s Day weekend. Although some didn’t like this conflict, the park availability often dictates the date. Was a park decided on?

The board is still working on finalizing the planning for the campout. Location and dates are still in the discussion stage. We want to set the date and location as soon as possible.

The date depends on campsite availabilty at the selected campground, and the campground depends on site availability for the dates we want. Somewhat of a catch 22 🙂

Traditionally. the campout is held in May, before Memorial day. Based on previous years, we -could- be looking at May 11-12-13, or May 18-19-20. These would be typical dates based on 2007 calendar.
