      For those that have come to the campout in the past, Friday night was always enhanced by the CacheCows very fun and clever geocaching adventures. Unfortunately, they are not available this year.

      In its place will be a HUGE bonfire and s’mores, lots of socializing and geo-chat! Bring along a lawn chair!

      I personally would love it if those who are musically inclined might bring along an instrument….have a nice little jam session or something.

                      There are permanent caches in the park that you can seek, but no temporary caches Friday night. I don’t think anyone could come up with ideas as great as CacheCows (but if you do — let us know!) This year we will be concentrating on just being social Friday night, and then caching like mad on Saturday.

                        😀 I’d like to invite everyone to have a piece of birthday cake with me on Friday night. There will be plenty of cake for everyone.

                        (Please save a spot at a picnic table for “Old” as lawn chairs are difficult for him to get out of these days with his bad back and legs.)

                                  I actually have a bowed psaltry, which would sound neat with the dulcimer. Unfortunately, I don’t play it well enough to dare to bring it along.
