I hope I don’t strain myself from patting myself on the back here… 😀
David Sperling of the Wisconsin DNR sent me an e-mail stating they are using soome of my photographs in an upcomming article on geocaching in the July issue of “Wisconsin Natural Resources Magazine”. I don’t remeber ever sending them any photo’s though. I’m wondering if they got them from GC.com???
At any rate, it’s pretty cool. He mentioned a few other names in the e-mail of others who are also getting photos published in the same article, but fiorst names only. I’m wondering if any of you might know who these others are?
I did a quick google, it’ll be in the August issue.

Congrats on taking worthy pics.
I got my issues of the Mag last night, and although my contribution was not as grandiose as I though it would be (I got the 1 1/2 X 2″ index photo 🙂 ), it was still really cool, and the article was great. Star Wars Guy got an awesome full 2 page layout of him and his children at Match Head, as the intro to the article.
The only thing I read in the article that didn’t make any sense was reading that they estimated over 80,000 cachers in WI. That’s got to be wrong, and I’m wondering if they meant that there are 80,000 GPS users in WI, not all of them being goeocachers.
