Anybody have a metal detector? – Wisconsin Geocaching Association

OK, I lost a pair of glasses down in Kenosha’s Bristol Woods last July 21st (GC10MVW). I bought a new pair and just broke that pair today.:(

Does anyone have a metal detector that I can borrow so that I can see if I can find my old pair? Or, if someone is bored, could find them for me (finder’s reward!). I even posted coord’s where I think they fell.

My nephew has lent me his detector. I might try it out tomorrow.

did you have any luck? which caches were you doing when you lost them?
did you stick to the trails? or mostly bushwhack?

if you didnt go already..I’d be happy to lend another set of eyes to your search

No. I never did go Sunday – too muggy. I may go on Saturday. There’s a low probability that I’d find them, as you have to be directly on top of them to detect them…

…I’m 75% sure I lost them at the cache posted above and 25% sure I lost them at (GCY91A).
