I just received an email that the Park Board meeting has been pushed to next month. Oh well.
I just want ONE of the 2-3 agencies from whom I’ve sought approval for an earthcache to respond sooner than two months post request. We’ll never get past silver at this rate! 😉
You could always go to another county and place one…I for one wouldn’t mind finding two near you….. 😉
The nice thing about Earth caches is that you can pretty much place them anywhere and never really worry about maintenance issues…..I have a couple well over 100 miles from home.
One of the ones I’d hoped to place is at least 50 miles away, probably more. The county forester hasn’t responded to two emails yet, though. Might pick up the telephone.
I have a couple more ideas for earthcaches in the area, hopefully with some time off next week we can go cache in those areas and gather our needed info. Which counties were you hoping to visit? LOL
