I opened a movie today and had to laugh as I was reminded of my niece when she opened a dvd several years ago from the end and saw the title . She didn’t finish opening it and didnt say what it was. When someone saw this they asked “Which movie was it?” To which she replied:

“Security Device Enclosed’ with a straight face!

She saw the security sticker on it and thought that was the title…oh did we laugh..

What was your funniest gift opening moment?

My funniest gift opening moment, was when I realized that the box of Gas-X that I received, actually contained Gas-X.

(it’s sort of weird story of why I came to receive a present of Gas-X. Best left to your own imaginations.)

OK last night I got one of these:
Needless to say I was very embarrassed (broke into an instant sweat)…..I guess this is what all Geocaching Men use in the woods….I must be doing it wrong then cuz so far I haven’t needed one of these.

OK our funniest moment was yesterday.

To set this up a bit: In October we had purchased a Wii for the entire family. My 11 Year old was hell bent on getting on. She didn’t know we found it. So every Sunday since October she took the Sunday paper and found where the Wii’s were on sale. She’d then tell us where and when to go,and that she’d watch her sisters. This worked out quite well as we got coffee and strolled through the stores on a “Date.” When we got home we’d simply tell her that they ran out before we got there. (Imagine keeping this going for 2 months.

Fast forward to Christmas Eve. e made a couple of Piggies out of wood in the shop, the individually wrapped them. The first said on the back, “This little piggy had roast beef” The second said “this little piggy had none” And the third said, “What did this piggy say all the way home.

Well she read them all and her face lit up. She was handed the present and she let out a shriek that may have cracked the windows.

So here we sit pretending we are Olympians or on the PBA Tour.

    Merry Christmas all.
