      It’s time to start the 2008 WGA elections for Board of Directors.

      We will soon activate the WGA voting system to start accepting nominations.

      Nomination process starts now. (as soon as system is enabled)
      Voting will start Jan 27th.
      Voting ends Feb 10th

      Key points to remember:

      • Must be a WGA member to run for the Board, or Vote in elections.

      • Must be at least 21 y/o to run for the Board.

      • Must be active in geocaching for a minimum of 6 months.

      • Person must receive two nominations to be on the ballot.

      • You cannot nominate yourself.

      Start thinking on who you want to nominate. The person needs to receive two nominations, and agree to accept the nomination.

        There are 4 Board positions to be filled this year. We are waiting for the Board members who terms are expiring to decide whether or not they are running for re-election, and when we have this information we will post it.

          We’ve had lots of nominations, but only about 1/2 have responded to my letters.
