Yesterday I was trying to find this cache.
GC1E0N0 Just Advertising III
I didn’t have any luck finding the cache but I did find an interesting item on the ground.
If you lost something in the vicinity send me a message and if you can describe what I found I’ll be sure you get your property back.
The property is back with its rightful owner and all is right with the world.
I’m really curious as to what was lost.
Good of you Decdogg to remain honest and return the mystery object to it’s rightful owner. It would have been very easy for you to pocket your unofficial “find”.
I’ve got to admit tho, I too am curious as to what it was!!
A person left their gps behind.
I did that once…
Oh, that’s where I left mine!
I always wondered how somebody could leave their GPS behind. It wasn’t until I witnessed it almost happen once (said person got up and started walking away) that I realized another benefit to having your GPS attached to your body.
I found one at the event at Harrington Beach a few years ago…I eventually found it’s owner…at the next cache down the path.
Leaving a GPS behind would be an awesome Signature Item!!!
Almost happened to me once. I had put it down next to my backpack while I was packing up and got about 25 feet away and realized I couldn’t get to the next cache without it.
Even StarWarsGuy doesn’t have enough of the force to find a cache without a GPS. 😀
