        Someone has a great sense of humor, don’t you love when people take the time to tell their story….even if it’s been embellished a bit?

        Hey, the bumper sticker on my car reads “Never let the truth get in the way of a good story!? Maybe this person read it! Thanks for sharing.

          But I ask….why would he want to visit Oconomowoc?

          This place is a disaster! Many of the main roads are closed and construction is everywhere! Business are losing money and closing up due to people not being able (or willing) to get the the stores past all the detours. The local bike shop has let go all but one part time guy and the owner says traffic in front of his store went from, “over 80 cars an hour to less than 80 a day”. The fact that he has time to count cars also is telling…..

          OK sorry for the aside; I was just venting frustration. The detours, construction and closed roads around here are getting ridiculous.

          Interesting story though…is there ANY truth to it?

            maybe they saw the goal on the coins page which says to visit wooded caches in Wisconsin and not being familiar with the state, looked up cool sounding city/town names and picked the one they could not pronounce when reading? 😀

            I don’t think your alone with the construction… there’s all sorts of new “temporary one way roads” all over appleton right now….

            i think they made the whole thing up but it’s still funny when people tell a story regarding trackables.
