Hmmm, Mud Lake, East of Poynette is now a cacher’s paradise. About 8 new
caches in a relatively small area. Probably room for a few more, though…..

I saw that. We’re hoping to cache that area soon, as there’s a 4/4.5 there, and we need that combo for a blackout cache in MN. There’s a nice concentration of caches in the Poynette area.
Yes we know of at least one more spot for one there but it is going to be a bit of a hike and it was way to hot and buggy that day. 😆
Curious as to where the 4/4.5 cache is in the area. I don’t think we have done that one yet.
It’s something like “Over a Bridge in Some Woods” and the map shows it as if it’s right in Poynette somewhere. From reading the logs, it sounds like a swampy area, maybe?

I guess we have done that one all ready. It got washed away in the floods a few months ago and he replaced it and changed the ratings. Guess we will have to go find it again since it is a little bit different now.
