On October 17, 2007, we found our first geocache. We now have 215. Just wondering…how far are YOU in the numbers since Oct. 17 of last year?
10/17/2008 at 4:08 am #1896996Since 10-17-07, looks like I’ve found 283 caches. That’s pretty surprising actually. It’s been a busy year!

10/17/2008 at 4:17 am #1896997looks like I have logged 567 caches since October 25, 2007.
Alot to some, not so many to others.Disclaimer : Always answering to a higher power.
10/17/2008 at 6:04 am #1896998I found #5300 on 10/22/07 and will probably go over 8300 this weekend, so I guess that is about 3K for the last 12 months.
(But I am planning on tapering down any day now.)

10/17/2008 at 9:56 am #1896999We have grabbed 709 since last October. Most of them were memorable for one reason or another. 😯
10/17/2008 at 11:56 am #1897000Last year, we had our 700th find on October 8. Right now, we’re sitting with 3021. I think people can subtract! 😯
And Ralph…sure, you’re tapering down like we’re tapering down! LOL
10/17/2008 at 12:04 pm #1897001I’ve logged 370 in that time
10/17/2008 at 12:54 pm #1897002We had just been caching about a month by October 17, so roughly 950 since that date. But like some others we are slowing down also so as we are looking more for the quality of the hides and not the quantity. But after we complete blackout then we will most likely pick the speed back up, but not like some of the others (T&B, Zuma, DRHAss to name a few)
10/17/2008 at 1:44 pm #1897003Where Zuma goes we’re not far behind, or ahead depending on the timing. We passed 5,000 on 9/16 and 5,500 on 11/12, and we’re at 8,143 now. So, I guess we’re at around 3,000 for the year too. Saw a lot of our beautiful country in that time too.
10/17/2008 at 2:16 pm #1897004Since October 17, 2007…we have found 512 caches. I didn’t realize it was that many. Well, thats a lot to us. Some of the numbers others are putting up are ridiculous. How can you average 9 caches a day for a year?!?
Crazy!!
10/17/2008 at 3:49 pm #1897005Looks like 1111 give or take a few for us – wonder what it might have been without the Lonely Cache Game taking me (and even my son) to far away places near the Michigan border for 12 hour days of nine or ten spread out lengthy treks in the wonderful north woods. Been on a pace of 100 per month since we started, but the slow-down is coming for us…
10/17/2008 at 6:01 pm #1897006Just over 150 for us. Man that is lame.
10/17/2008 at 8:37 pm #1897007We have hit about 330 since that date. Not a ton by some paces but heck it’s our game and we will play it the way we see fit and enjoyed most of them that we found.
10/17/2008 at 8:37 pm #1897008I’ve got 553 which is about 82% of my finds. I started April 07. I was pretty happy with that number, though it doesn’t begin to compare to some other folks around here. 😳 That’s ok. I’ve got another 30 or 40 good caching years in me. I’ll catch up eventually 😉
10/17/2008 at 9:04 pm #1897009just over 250
