For some of us this will be our first BOD or in my case I wasn’t aware/concerned enough when it occured (I was still new last cycle). Do we get 1 vote or do we get vote per open position? Basically what is the process when voting starts?
I’m probably not askign this in the rght spot but it at least relates, if it is in the wrong spot please move it accordingly

You can vote for up to 5 people, since there are 5 open slots on the BOD.

This changes things, I assumed (yeah I know what that word means) that we all got 1 vote and the top 5 would assume the spots.

I think Dean has a very good question here as there are people new to the voting system. Thanks for asking and clarifying it for those who didn’t know.
As Zuma states, you have UP TO 5 votes. You do not HAVE to vote for 5.
If there are candidates you are unsure of or do not want to elect to the BOD then you don’t need to cast those remaining votes. This is common practice in many other BOD elections in other realms. You cannot, however, cast more than one vote for any one candidate.Disclaimer : Always answering to a higher power.

EACH member of a Team gets to vote. Husband and wife? Each needs to have a separate registration with the WGA, and then each can vote.
Further clarification – you can only vote for each candidate once. No “American Idol” style ballot box stuffing allowed.
