Ahhh…yes…one member of the team learned it at a Girl Scout lockin. Alas, I am old and uncoordinated. It’s all I can do to run in a straight line.
I took a zumba class at a health club for a few weeks. Lots of fun and a pretty good workout. Having a great instructor helps, and also going with someone to keep you motivated.
