After 12 years of failed attempts and false starts due to family, finances, and everything else life can throw at me, I have finally beaten adversity back to the ground, and I am starting at UW Oshkosh this Summer semester!

Congrats to you. If you need some moral support give a shout. I started college at age 30 as a single mom with 3 kids. It was the best thing I ever did, next to marrying Mr. TE. I know have 2 degrees and hope to start on another soon.
DAH! I too spent some time there, most in the basement of buildings, very laslo like, hours upon hours in the computer labs grinding out code that I’ve not used since.

Ditto on the long hours and useless code! However, the computer labs at Kent State were in the brand new math building… nice glass picture windows on the first floor. Ah! The memories! There is just something about people cramming and writing code at 2am that gets them in the mood to sing some nice Monty Python hits. 😯
Yes, I had that one done a while ago. The only ones in the campus I had left to do where UWO #3 Science Test (which ended up being a DNF since the container disappeared!) and Rock Bass, which is a very clever little cache if you haven’t gotten it yet.
