OK here’s the real deal and info on it.. Yes it was cancelled Yes it did have something to do with caching just very confusing. It was cancelled due to lack of interest…or lack of geocaching knowledge by the paranormal group.
The reason we know this info is because we recently joined the group. After joining them we scolded them for trying to host an event with no one knowing anything about geocaching. They apologized asked lots of questions as to the best way to hold an event and about the caches.
We offered to try to hold an event in the future to help people understand the world of the paranormal. But this time we hold a TRUE geocaching event. Not as much confusion. They had a good idea just didn’t know how to put the finishing geocaching touch on it. Hope this helps with any confusion.
