    gotta run

      Recently maintained a micro where someone again pasted a sticker sideways over the log despite the carefully numbered lines for date/initial on the log sheet. Basically half the log taken up.

      Please, sticker people, bring a pen with ya and scratch your initials in the log, or if that’s too hard, just wave your hand over the cache and pretend you signed it. I won’t tell anyone.

              I am one of the “sticker people” LOL…I am guilty of taking up two spots occasionally, but I will never put one in the wrong direction. I may have done that a few times when I was first starting out, but I don’t think I have done that recently. If I have I apologize!

                    Hence the LOL on my part. 😯 There is a sort of freedom when you don’t sign the log, but that is a different thread.

                      Glad to know you feel that way. Just to add another persepective, some of us have a handicap where using two hands is impossible and using a sticker is the easiest way to sign.

                        That’s totally understandable and I’m sure you cache with an assortment of sticker sizes that are appropriate for various logs. My comment is about placing stickers the size of “Hello My Name Is” badges on a bison log scroll, sideways. That’s just rude.

                          I know what you mean. I was in oconomowoc, WI and found a nano cache. The cache was about a large as a fingernail. Someone stuck a sticker on it filling the entire log. Just use common sense.

                            Not necessarily for signing cache logs. Just because I don’t have a custom sticker.
