If you are not already aware there may be some significant changes ahead in the way ECs may be submitted including proximity and vacation rule applications. Currently no new submissions are being taken.
I hate to post a link to the CG boards (cuz they are fairly vile oft times), but here it is get in your thoughts if you feel the need…
