And puzzle number 100.
Congrats Codejunkie I’m glad I had the chance to be there.
01/16/2010 at 4:51 pm #1920380Not very puzzling!
WTG, CJ! 😀
01/16/2010 at 7:22 pm #1920381Congrats, CJ! That sounds about like the right ratio around here. And where was the milestone find?
01/16/2010 at 8:50 pm #1920382Puzzle #100 / Cache #300 was at “Logistics And Luck #2” (GC17VEH)
This actually could have turned out to be any number of puzzles in the Green Bay area though as I hadn’t picked a specific puzzle for the milestone. It was more about the adventure of doing 20 puzzle finds in a single day (a number of them being lonelies). Hitting the milestone was definately planned as I touched, but didn’t claim FTF, one of the new “Lost Civilation” series placed by BakRdz. I had the numbers aligned perfectly and just couldn’t sign this one until after the milestone was achieved.
The puzzles in Green Bay were definately different than those I’ve become accustomed to in the Fox Valley area. It was fun to do something a little bit different and work some puzzles by some of the great puzzlers of the north. We only logged one DNF which amazed me for a winter caching run.
The day actually yielded 3 milestones:
1) Cache #300
2) Puzzle #100
3) Best day caching (21 finds in one day)01/16/2010 at 9:39 pm #1920383Big congrats to CodeJunkie on all of the memorable events on the recent outing. Sounds like you “programmed” everything just-so to get to #300, and the hundred puzzle finds total is amazing!
But we don’t see any letterbox hybrid icons on your GC “found” list, so we’re thinking #400 could be one of those for a different kind of milestone cache. We know where you can find three of them not too far west of you! 😉

Very impressive, considering out of my 401 finds, I have found just 14 puzzle caches. As you can see, puzzles are not my thing.
Way to go, CJ.
