Greetings from Grand Rapids, MI!
I have been contacted quite a number of times by cachers from Wisconsin looking for some help developing their cartridge or just general questions. I thought I would post a new thread about an event I am hosting that I thought may be of interest to some of you.
Wherigo Development 101 will be hosted in Grand Rapids, MI on May 22nd, 2010.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Sounds like a good excuse for a roadtrip!

I would certainly love to see a group from Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, or Ohio carpool together and show up. Find a cheap hotel or camp like I usually do when on a road trip. Make a weekend or a 4 day out of it.
There are also plenty of Wherigo caches in the West Michigan area for you to find too. I’ll bet its safe to say I’m sure there would be several cache owners who would love to go through the cartridge with you provided they had the time.
What a great idea for an event. This will be less than a week after driving from Florida to WI. If I can force myself back into the car, I’ll be there.
To anyone else considering attending, Grand Rapids has a good mix of cache types, many wherigos and a clean, cheap Days Inn.
Well this weekend is fast approaching. Hopefully I may see a few individuals from Wisconsin.
