WANTED/NEEDED:
Flapjack Flippers and Assorted Personnel to help the WGA put on its Annual Pancake Breakfast on Sunday Morning, May 16, 2010, 8AM to 10:30AM, at the Beach Shelter East #3, Bong State Recreation Area.
Looking for volunteers for set-up, prep, cooking, serving, clean-up, and of course a money attendant. Help make this years’ event the best yet. Email availability to Hotdogs Off Trails/Jeff — litljb at merr dot com

I think I can make it pencil me in for now I have to talk to the wife if we have anything going on.
We’ll be there, use us where you would like to.
If you need hands still, I can offer my 1 1/2 member team, as well as 1 1/2 members of “gamers gone caching” who I just confirmed with. ( We are carpooling, and had to make sure we were both able to commit schedule wise.)
So that adds 2 adults, and two teen-ish types to put to work.
Sounds like we’ll have plenty of “flippers” and other help. Thanks to all, and I’ll contact you at the campout.

If help is still needed for the breakfast, let me know. TDSKid and I will be glad to flip some pancakes or help however we can.
The wife and I will be there for sure on sunday we just need to know what time to be there in the morning. are we talking 5-6:00 or are we talking 8-9:00 in the morning. let me know thanks
Those wanting to help with the pancake breakfast should plan to arrive at Beach Shelter East #3 (N42° 37.692′ W088° 07.919′) at 7am Sunday morning. At the campout on Saturday Jeff L. (hotdogs_off_trail) will confirm that you are still able to volunteer and figure out how we can best use your “skills”.
We will start serving pancakes at 8am.
TDSKid and I won’t be able to attend on Saturday due to a prior obligation. Still, if we can be of help, have someone contact me ahead of time and we’ll be there at 7:00 or whenever needed.
Planning on it. Should be a lot of fun.
